Don was so a accommodating in looking at our laptops; backing up all data on one we had "fried" and upgrading mine to windows 10, swapping out for a better hard drive & eliminating some viruses. I feel like I have a brand new laptop. It's 5 X faster now! Don is excellent at what he does & I highly recommend his services.

I really appreciated the service Don was willing to offer me today (on a Saturday no less). He was very accommodating, thorough and honest throughout the entire process. He stayed in contact throughout the day and I was never left in the dark now knowing what was going on. I will definitely trust Don with any future issues with my lap top as he went above and beyond to get my computer up and running in a timely manner. Took laptop to another “reputable” service company and for $100 received my computer back as slow as it was when brought in. “Sorry that’s the best we could do” was the response.
Called up My Tech Geeks and in 24 hrs picked up my computer that now runs faster than brand new which was 4 years ago!
Amazing, efficient, affordable, polite service!!!
I would never go elsewhere.
