Fixed my phone in 2 hours. Unfortunetly he told me 4 days but I waited over a week for the ordered parts to come in. And they never called me. I called them and no answer. So I physically came back too the store to see what was going on. Other than that he did a great job on my phone repairs. Would definetly come back again!

I came by to fix my Google Pixel 2 and let me tell you I had EVERY bloody repair shop, minus another I won't speak of do to there absolute garbage service , trying to fix my phone and was told 250 here 225 there no we don't do Google here sorry your phones outdated and low and behold these magic men had my phone fixed the SAME DAY and offered me a cheaper price than ANYONE else ! Not only does my phone now work flawlessly they even hooked me up with a screen protector included in the price. Honestly don't waste your time on other cell phone and electronic stores these men have all you need and

I found the customer service great! I have an iPhone X, my screen was flashing on/off shutting down & going black. They were straight forward & very honest. It cost me half of what Apple was going charge me & they gave me service right away. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

They were the only location that was willing to look and fix a very broken phone. This was after going to 3-4 different repair shops, that all said it they aren't able to do the job.
They even gave options, and all the information I needed to feel comfortable with the work they needed to do.
Quick to respond, and delivered what they promised exactly when they said it would be done.
Staff are friendly and do a great job. Would definitely recommend going here for any phones, accessories and repairs. Great selection of products.

I want to share a very positive experience for these guys at Jackson Square. Same day screen repair on one iphone, a battery replacement on another and the third phone was declared dead motherboard, but they really went the extra mile to try two different batteries (because I thought that was the problem), then they even tried a different power adapter. Rare to see such great service. I will be using them again for sure!

I cracked my iPhone screen this morning. I sent a message and they called me right away and told me I could walk in. I went in and it was done in under an hour. The screen is perfect and a great price compared to other shops. Would definitely recommend!!
Edit: Don't bother going here. The day after I went, I was changing the case on my phone and noticed a tiny crack under the home button. I tried contacting them and didn't receive a response. The touch screen is also completely messed up and I'm scared to take it back and have them mess it up even more.

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he is an absolute life saver. My iPhone 7 screen was completely broken and I could not access or use my phone, but I needed it for work urgently. On Sunday, I came in 30 mins before closing and the gentleman at the store fixed it immediately within 15 mins. The service and repair was excellent and very well priced, I would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking to get their phone fixed, particularly if it is for a broken screen.

Went in for an lcd repair (which was a lot more expensive than places a little outside of hamilton, but came here since it was the closest) and only waited an 1 hour for the repair which was very good. But at the end, they checked if the charging port worked and they said that it works sometimes....but then they said it works and showed me that it's charging. I was confused when they said that, but when I got home to charge my phone, it didn't work....I had to twist the cable and put it an angle for it to work. I emailed them and never got a reply in the last 3 weeks.

I recently took my phone to Direct Cell for a cracked screen repair. They told me that my LCD screen also needed to be replaced. I paid what I thought was a reasonable price of $100 to have both the screen & LCD replaced. When I got the phone back there were several white dots on the screen and I had issues with texting, words being typed and aps opening on their own. This indicates that their is an error with the LCD. When I took it back a few days later to complain about these issues, I was told there could be a hardware issue and that the phone may need a little time and a couple of reboots

Worst place ever!!! Spent $200 and wait for 2 weeks still not working. Promise you everything when you pay then forget you at all. You need to call them every day to remind them and they always say the phone will be ready today then they just disappear. Staff are not helpful and don't give a damn about customers. Believe me, avoid this place if u can! Don't waste ur money.
