Please reach out as I want to return home medics shiatsu 3D pillow that I bought online. On your website page it's not mentioned that it's not at all advisable for Diabetics. It comes in the box with the instructions that it's not good enough for diabetics. I want to drop it off at your place, will stay in my car and would even follow all standard operating procedures.

Buyers beware!
I bough a humidifier from Homemedics Canada last March. I had a bit of a challenge to set it up but following the instructions eventually it worked as advertised. Two fills of reverse osmosis water tanks later the light to clean it went on. I followed the instructions and cleaned it. I felt a bit over the top to have to clean every week but the light went on and I cleaned. A couple of months later the unit was not working when turned on. I contacted Homedics and their advise was to return the unit to Costco where I bought it. That is not a solution!

Don’t order online from this company, they are awful. I ordered a $100 product that arrived to my house and was a plastic piece of junk. The company says on their website that they include a return shipping label but they don’t actually include the shipping sticker that pays for the postage. It will cost over $80 to send back the junk they sold me and they reuse to cover any of the shipping cost.

Don't waste your time buying Homedics products. They break quickly and their customer service is horrendous. I sent 3 emails over the course of a month and no one can write me . They eventually replaced my product 4 months later and then when the new product broke they told me I was just out of warrant. This company really needs to reevaluate customer service and have better testing of their products.

Don't even bother to get information about this company/their products! Their product doesn't last even 3 months! I got one of their humidifier from Costco 3 month ago and it's broken now. I reached out to the customer service and they said they will send me a new one and it has been 5 months! They didn't answer my calls/emails! and finally after 6 month they got back to me, no apoligize or anything and they said they will send the unit in 2-4 weeks! It's a fraud! they told me the same thing 4 month ago!

I would write their customer service below an average standard. It’s better you just buy it somewhere whatever product you are getting with a retailer that honours a one year exchange program. So much easier than having to send the unit back, send a copy of your receipt, a note of what the problem is and so forth and so on. Just much too difficult in my opinion.

Homedics owns Salter scales and this company will not honour their warranty for a product that did not work from day one. Not nice to be ripped off in Canada. Where is our Consumer Protection? Does the management at this company know or care that their customer service staff are rude and incompetent. i hope this company shrivels up and goes bankrupt -- this is what they deserve!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE> Don't buy from this company. I purchased an Obusforme car seat cushion from HoMedics on line. The item arrived last week. The 12 volt car adapter does not work. Despite multiple phone calls to customer service I have yet to get through to a live agent. My calls are not being returned. I have sent an email to customer service and that has also gone unanswered. I would likely keep the item if they would simply send me a working 12 volt car adapter. But since they wont respond to my calls, I'll simply return the whole product as unsatisfactory.

I had purchased a garment steamer by the brand homedics. I did have it for a while, about 4 years, until it suddenly stopped working. I called customer service and they started they do not have a repair shop. Their warranty is for 1-2 years depending on the product. Once it's passed, if it stops working, it's essentially garbage.
This is just very poor customer support. Don't recommend their products.
