We had recently purchased a house that had this system already installed so when we had an issue we noticed the sticker for the company we called to book an apt. They were Very quick to address my concerns and amazing customer service. Kevin was our technician who was safe, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Kevin went above and beyond explaining how the water softener system worked. An asset to any company I must add. Great job, will be using them again :) happy does it

We moved into our current home almost 5 years ago and there was an Eco Water softener and Reverse Osmosis system that had been installed by the previous owner. Last week we found the water softener was leaking quite a lot, directly into our sewer drain / the unit was not functioning and the water kept flowing into the unit. I called Eco Water GTA and the owner of the franchise Tony called me back within a half hour. He told me how to set the bypass to stop the water flow and sent me a photo of what to do to activate the bypass. Success!
