A 1984 graduate of the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, Michael Golden utilizes his depth of knowledge at every stage of the legal process. Since opening his own practice, he has helped countless clients throughout Vancouver pursue the outcomes they deserve in their immigration, business, and real estate cases.
Our team is here to provide you with the advice and guidance you need to file an ICBC claim. We are also able to assist with immigration procedures and be your representatives for the buying/selling of real estate property. Friendly service: We know the process of filing a legal claim can be overwhelming, in particular, if you have little experience with lawyers.
Bao holds a Bachelor Degree in International Economics with a double major in Media and Communications. She also obtained a Certificate in Immigration Law, Policies and Procedures from the University of British Columbia. Bao handles a wide range of immigration law files in the International Mobility Program, Family Class and Economic Class for permanent residency applications.
Terry Rodger has been a senior legal assistant to Michael Golden for the past 10 years. Her main focus of work is in litigation, more specifically in personal injury cases and assisting with family/matrimonial affairs. The majority of her work surrounds claims against ICBC for our clients who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident.

Incredible Service, with kindness as well. I would just like to describe how fabulous this firm is! I dealt with Bao, who was wonderful, and so considerate of my situation - there was a time issue involved with trying to procure a multiple entry visa. IRCC said 155 days! Bao had everything wrapped up in less than 20 days! Amazing! My family is so, so grateful!

Before signing the contract with this office, I contacted two other places but they gave off a sketchy feeling. Upon contacting Bao, I felt I could trust her and the office. My gut feeling paid off. Bao was very attentive with my application. The service was timely and professional. All my questions were answered within an hour or two.
They were very candid about the fee and stayed true to it. I was not asked for more money throughout my process.

I was really struggling when my tenants gave me all kind of headaches, and everything that the Tenancy Branch advised me to do was in favor for the tenants.
