Broccolini's latest residential project, located in the heart of the Golden Square Mile, Le Sherbrooke brings together history, contemporary living, and timeless luxury in one of Montreal's most distinguished locations, on Sherbrooke Street West, home to some of the most sought-after properties in the city.
Dream, one of Canada's leading real estate companies, contracted Broccolini for the renovation of an existing 11-story building built in the 1920's. Victoria sur le parc and 700 St. Jacques are an ecosystem where you can live, work and play in one place. The spaces were designed to open minds and make borders disappear.
The first of its kind in Quebec, Coteau-du-Lac will be home to a new Amazon facility where employees sort packages by postal code. The packages will then be transferred to traditional carrier partner networks or to Amazon's own delivery station network. This building on Avenue Francis-Hughes in Laval will undergo extensive interior and exterior improvements in order to accommodate its future tenant, Amazon.
