They fixed a pair of earrings that were not purchased from their store. They were completed in less than a week and at an a reasonable price. Highly recommend for your jewelry repairs. Nikki was super friendly :)

My necklace broke days after I got it back. No apologies. Man didn't seem to care. Told me to bring it back. So I will then be once again without my necklace for a week. A necklace I NEVER take off. Not going to happen. I have gone elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this jeweller for resizing engagement rings. I was eager to know that they take their clients’ pieces to a reputable partner in Vancouver to get done. Upon receiving my engagement ring back from being sized down, I noticed that some questionable work had been done to it. The engraving on the underside of my ring was squished where the resizing had been done. This damaged covered a larger area than required for this job. Additionally, rhodium plating was not added back onto the ring in that area, creating discolouration and inconsistency in the tone of metal

My partner bought my engagement ring there, and after he popped the question I knew I was on a weightloss journey, so I waited awhile before going in and getting it sized. They insisted I had to pay for the sizing, even though it was stated the first sizing is free. The workmanship was great, but I didnt appreciate being gouged. Wont be going back for both our wedding bands.

They don't do any custom work onsite but certainly they will help you make the right choice. We had two rings and a necklace done. I think you can trust them to be fair and you get an education along the way.

Really nice people here, but my wife's ring was very thinned down when she had it resized. They fixed it again (for free) but I simply broke again because the jeweler messed it up so bad the first time. 1 star for workmanship, 4 stars for friendliness.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
At the end of last year, I took my engagement ring into Thomas Designer Jewellery for some alterations. The Goldsmith was amazing, but unfortunately, after several attempts it became clear that the alterations just weren't working out to my satisfaction.
Today they completely reset my entire ring to the original settings, at no cost to me and it looks gorgeous!
The NEW owners Nikki and Dan, where very understanding, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to make me happy!
I would highly recommend shopping here!
