Have dealt with Moto Sports since 1991. Fantastic service great deals, bought several bikes and had them all seviced through them. The mechanical tecs are the best I've seen. Parts and service dept second to none!
On rain days it's always a time to walk through the museum of old bikes and have a FREE coffee on the owner!

I usually call them for parts, there is usually no answer but instead i am left to leave a voicemail. If that voicemail is responded to with a few days then its normal for them. They along with many other bike shops are not open on mondays, annoying but becoming standard i guess. Their showroom has less and less inventory every year, might be due to out of town and online buying (support local!). Best experience i ever had with them was buying a generator and having it ready for pickup within hours. I just wish the parts dept was a little more speedy with responding, better yet answer the phone

Worst Place to go for out of province inspection, totally unprofessional. Eventhough you have brand new bike , if there is nothing which fails out of province inspection, they'll make something up and make you pay for repair before passing the inspection. I would not even rate 1 star to this store.

I bought a consignment bike from Medicine Hat Moto Sport. Grant went out of his way to resolve a small problem that I had with the bike. He went above and beyond what anyone can expect from a dealership.
What an officer and gentlemen. I wish all merchants serve their customers in the way that I was treated. Next time I will have no problem taking a 300 km ride to MHMS to do business. Grant is a man if his word.

Worst place to fix your motorcycle and do the out of province inspection, I left my bike for out of province inspection and they created something to repair and as you just have 10 days , they want to make as much as possible.
They charged me for an hour labour for tire change , I've requested them to retorq bike fork suspension bolt and they charges me $18 on top of hour labour for tire replacement without letting me know earlier.
That's is worst Unprofessional service from any repair shop.
Worst place to deal and they make you feel uncomfortable, specially the guy on the counter.

I bought a 2015 Goldwing from Medicine Hat Motorsports and have had service performed on a number of occasions. I have always been treated fairly and had my bike repaired or serviced as promised. My quad died 8km from the house and I took it in to this shop to get it fixed. They took 6 weeks to get it back to me, even though I told them I needed it to fix fences and chase cows. The bill was high but I agreed with all the repairs, and they even gave me 10% off as an apology for taking so long.
Then the first time I took it out after it was 'fixed' it died again and I had to walk 4km back to the house, and wasted the afternoon walking and picking it up. I was quite upset and let them know it. The owner then made the extra effort to drive the hour out to the ranch and drop off a loaner and
