Ivan and Wendy started Harley-Davidson of Medicine Hat in 1996 and moved to their present location, 3km east of Medicine Hat on the Trans-Canada highway in 2002, rebranding their store with a new name: "Badlands Harley-Davidson" in 2014. My next job will be telling your coustomers you only pretend to support injured riders. Just like having one broken biker at the dealership its all a play they don't care about injured riders. It's all to boost their look to the public well the truth is im an injured rider and the hired an fired me in a week.

Always had great service from Ivan and staff. Have had bike rebuilt by Darrin and have had great communication throughout process. They always give you options on repairs etc. Great dealership in my opinion. We are lucky to have them here. Price is price for labour no different than taking vehicle to dealership. Treat them with respect you will get respect back!!

Thank you to the owners and staff at Badlands Harley Davidson for the amazing customer service and care. I had to get my 32000K service done while on a bike trip, due to weather we had to change our direction and when I phone and explained my situation they fit me without any issue. They found a couple issues with my bike which they fixed and got me back on the road they next day. They gave the three of us a ride to our hotel with a couple stops for nesecities along the eay also stored the other two bikes over night for us. Returned the next day to pick us up. They also recommended an awesome restaurant
