Our office is located directly across from the Hillside Mall, 2 blocks west of Shelbourne St. The building address is suite 206-1581 Hillside Ave. We are on the second floor of the building and the entrance to the lobby is beside the water store and MacDonald's drive-thru. Free parking is available in front of the building.
Join Stephanie Curran for an afternoon of mindfulness and experience practices from the world renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. Whether you are new to meditation or have years of exerience, all are welcome! These sessions are fully practice based and will be an opportunity to steep in quiet, restorative, present moment awareness with community.

A session at Elements of Health for me is a very good experience. I go for acupuncture with Stephanie; I find her always a good listener, wanting to find out exactly what my issues are, and proceeding with treatment. It is a very relaxing environment, calm, quiet and soothing. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone seeking acupuncture treatment.

Walking into this pristine and soothing white space feels like stepping into a cloud, and I find myself wondering if this is what heaven looks like. I know I will feel a heavenly sense of relief after Stephanie Curran has treated me for my painful hips. Over many years, she has helped me deal with joint pain, insomnia, and eye problems among others. She REALLY listens, so she is able to put her immense skill to work on a person and a problem that she understands well. I think she’s truly a ministering angel.

Stephanie is a kind, compassionate and skilled practitioner. I get such a feeling of calm and wellbeing as soon as I walk through the door. The location and hours are convenient and everyone who works here provides excellent care. Lots of knowledge regarding fertility and maternal health but not their only focus and would highly recommend them for any health and wellness needs.

I've had acupuncture from both Stephanie and Harris for pregnancy symptom relief, and also for pregnancy support. Both practitioners are professional, kind, and extremely interested in providing the best possible care.
The clinic is beautiful and relaxing - it definitely exudes a vibe of quiet self-reflecting! 5 stars; I highly recommend.

Simply walking into this space reduces my stress level immensely. Within a couple of acupuncture visits with Stephanie, my menopausal symptoms were significantly reduced. Stephanie and staff are passionately interested in helping individuals solve their fertility, maternity and general health issues. Would not hesitate recommending Elements to friends and clients.

I found elements of health on a whim Google search before a visit to Victoria. I had been struggling with trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years at the time of my visit. I had my appointment with Dr. Harris fisher and I’m so so glad I found him. I have never felt so heard and supported by any other health practitioners ever before. I have only been following his protocol for a couple months now but I have already seen great improvements and hope to have even better news soon. Dr. Harris Fisher is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and I can’t recommend him enough.

I believe Elements of Health specializes in (in)fertility, pregnancy, and women's health... I started going to acupuncture here to get my hormones in order (not to get pregnant...) it was recommended to me by my doctor because it apparently has a high success rate.
I highly recommend it for anyone, it has changed and improved my life in many ways, aspects of my life I did not think needed improvements have improved dramatically.
The girl who did the acupuncture for me was fantastic, very nice, understanding, honest, trustworthy, and super caring!

A friend of mine had three needles left in her after her appointment (one in her head!) and had to remove them when she got home.She also mentioned that none of the therapists have children, so quit her treatment when she realised that they probably wouldn't have a clue what they were talking about. Notimpressed.com
