I purchased a pair of sandals online. They are too big.So now I have less than 10 days to return these shoes for a store credit because the price ends in 00. They don't have my size. I already have a $45 store credit from last year that they would not allow me to use online. Hopefully, I can make it to one of their open stores before the time expires. It's the worst store policy I have ever encountered. But..here comes the excuses.
