When I called back after the cab didn't come in 20 minutes the dispatcher admitted right away that they'd sent the cab to the wrong location and promptly sent one to the correct location.
It's wasn't a particularly fun wait, what with tending a very pregnant woman sitting on an overturned butt bucket in the rain sodden parking lot of Best Buy at on Progress Rd. at midnight after an extremely enervating day. Oh well, we were already there, the rain had stopped, it was cool.

I started off working overnights for this company. The job was easy to learn and the drivers are genuinely hard working, caring, and honest people. This is a very small company and the people that do work at the office make you feel as though your apart of the family. Its great to see positive reviews for SCC compared to other cab companies. I would like to share my worst experience with Scarborough City Cab for mum's medical appointment. The taxi driver failed to inform, that his credit card machine is out or order prior to leave to the drop off point. Then I had to run behind ATM machine to withdraw cash and gave $ 60.00 for the bill of $ 50.50. Then Driver Raswl / Taxi # 4011 told me, that he will come with the change when he come for the pick up.
Once I finish my appointment, I have ask for his services. However, driver Raswl responded that, he is not my area and ask to contact the call center for another taxi. So I got the service

Well I applied for a job that was posted on Indeed for a Part-time Dispatcher. I applied for this job because I'm going back to school after being in the Transportation field for 22 years working as a Driver to a Dispatcher to a Route Supervisor.
