Worst taxi company ever. the person on thephone is so rude when talking to customers, taxi drivers either are late or don't come. would not recommend and one to use this place. ubers are much more better

We need to support our community company’s. Todays is a great cab company and since COVID Uber has certainly become big all over but their prices change due to demand while our local drivers don’t and we need to support local Newmarket!!

They need to get more drivers, found out they went from 95 to 25, and no drivers till after 6 630 am, I work earlier than that

The call centre representatives are insanely rude. Talk fast or they'll hang up on you, under the assumption you're done talking. You can ask to pay in debit, but at times they still send cabs without machines. Also, they dont ask for a destination, so people can snag your cab. This is important as the dispatchers have messed up my starting point. Today a cab took about 25 minutes. I called back but didnt get in touch, called again and they thought I was lying about calling 25 minutes ago. Why? What are you proving?

This is the second time I have been unable to use debit. Both times an $8 fare cost me $15. Why can't dispatch tell clients they don't have working debit so we can find other means of transportation.

This company is a very respectful company. I once called them and was quoted 20 mins, it took an hour for them to get me however when arriving at my stop ($10 trip) they told me to fprget about it for my troubles. I would recomend them.

Called to arrange a ride early in the morning. Was told to call back in the morning b4 i need the pick up. Called back in the morning to be told "sorry, we can't do it. So i dowoaded the uber app and a car was at my place in 10 minutes. I'll never get a taxi again, especially from this place.
