A wonderfully easy and relaxed experience! Every time we have used Karen for our family vacation bookings she has delivered and defied expectations. I am sure we are not an easy group to work with (blended family with six children of widely varying ages), but Karen has looked after us from the very beginning and every trip has had all of our needs (even the ones we can't anticipate) taken care of. I especially appreciate that Karen is always available to answer questions and solve any issues that may come up - I really don't have to worry about a thing! I would highly recommend Karen as a phenomenal

I'm not an avid traveller and typically travel holds a lot of anxiety for me. Karen was SO patient with all my questions and overthinking and handled everything! I took my family to Maui and this was the most relaxed trip I've ever been on. I was so confident everything had been handled, taken care of and prepared for by Karen. It was such a stress… free process! I was also very conscious of the cost of this trip and did many comparisons myself online. Karen helped us book our amazing trip to Mexico! I knew I wanted to go but felt overwhelmed with the amount of choices for resorts and areas. We were booking our first trip to Disneyland and I had tons of questions, I contacted Karen for some answers, she was very helpful and patient, answered all my questions and got us a better deal then what I could find myself. We just returned from a week away in Nuevo Vallarta. Booking through Karen made the experience so much easier and saved me so much time. I was a little unsure reading reviews of various resorts but was so glad I trusted Karen's experience and went with her recommendation. Our 1-bed oceanfront resort suite was amazing! Plus it was nice to have someone to ask random questions to, esp with little kids involved. Thanks Karen - my 3-yr old said (as we drove away) "But I can come back again, wight?"
