Nathan is amazing. He is friendly, professional, and is prompt in returning calls. Great customer service. Although it's an older storage it's kept very clean, never problem with bugs or critters, or people for that matter. The only slightly negative thing I have to say , would be that the totaled out vehicle and smashed up stuff as you come in gate is a def an eye sore and makes it feel somewhat dumpy first going in. Otherwise I am very happy and trusting of budget mini storage.
