I reserved a unit back in April before my move to the coast when I arrive they tell me nothing was reserved for my furniture. I am now in a panic so they give me an 8x8 unit charge me $194 $40 security deposit. I am now moving out of the unit and they tell me I must give one months notice what the heck quite the surprise I must give notice in the Interior you don't need to give notice. She tells me they going to charge me a full months rent for lack of notice. This was never mentioned to me when I first arrived on April 21 2020 . Today April they went and tried my CC for another $194 my unit should

My personal experience with Jack has always been positive! He is reasonable and honest. Have not rented at the storage but have helped friends there and its always good. I have used the uhaul end and that has been fabulous (expensive, but always exactly what was said it would be and there were no unpleasant surprises! Good safe compound that is dry and secure.

Rude & incompetent beyond belief! Girl who works the front counter is full of personal opinions and doesn't mind insulting you.
Constantly calling and emailing BEFORE rent is due. Admin was so inept that they sent a mass email to all clients showing ALL EMAIL addresses of every client who was a customer in the main body of the email.
Have complained multiple times about behavior and attitudes of front desk girl, but just falls on deaf ears. If you can afford to go somewhere else, then do it. You'll end up paying more in frustration and stupidity here. Worse run business and typical for the area

Managment is rude and unprofessional . denied me entry to my locker at 5pm on a friday when office sign was lit up open and refused to help me with my gate code . Considering their 24 hour access policy this is very angering. Most people work 9-5 and are unable to come during those hours. Take your money elsewhere, saving 20$ isnt worth the hassle of dealing with these people.

I needed a place to store my belongings in a hurry and the staff here were amazing. I was able to rent a truck as well as find the perfect size unit for my belongings. The process was quick and easy. The property is secure and the manager lives on site which made me feel very comfortable leaving my things in the unit. Highly recommend this Mini Storage!

I made an appointment and I told them I was coming from Vancouver (over the toll bridge) to sign the contract and 15 minutes before the appointment I get a text message. Not even a real phone call. A text message saying that they had rented the unit already. If you liked being disrespected then I wholeheartedly recommend that you place your faith in this company.

Watch out for this place. My moving company was doing a job for a client of mine here and one of their doors randomly flew open and hit our moving truck ( totally not our fault) and the door broke.
The manager tried to make an icbc claim against us claiming it was our fault. I managed to call icbc in time as we had 3 witnesses who saw the whole thing and his claim got denied!! Hahah nice try. Just shady business.
Don't go here! You may get roped into paying for one of their doors that like to just open by themselves. (Which isn't good if your keeping your stuff here).

My wife rented a storage spot from this company for September 1, 2016. We moved our stuff in. In late September my wife went to the office and advised them that we would be vacating the site at the end of October. We had all of our stuff out before November 1. I noted on our Visa bill that we had been charged for November. When my wife returned to the storage sight to find out why we had been charged for November, the person said "you did not give 1 month notice" An absolute lie!!! my wife insisted that we be reimbursed for the charge of November. Finally the person behind the counter said ok.
