Since opening our doors in 2019, The Crave Beauty + Wellness Lab team has been consistently committed to providing our patients with a range of aesthetic services. The first service I ever booked with Crave was a Hydrafacial with Mattea. She was incredible, explained everything to me, was very nice and super personable. I have re-booked with her over and over again and will keep coming back to see her. I have also looked into getting other services here as I am extremely happy with the service so far.
The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is amazing too, super welcoming, clean and luxurious. I look forward to receiving more treatments here!

Cassandra was amazing for laser hair removal! She was professional and super knowledgeable. She was great to chat with throughout the treatment and made the environment super comfortable. As for Crave itself, the facility was extremely clean (and to mention decorated nicely). I’m excited to see Cassandra again for my next session and to try a hydrafacial!

I just had my morpheus 8 treatment done at Crave by Nurse Karlina. The treatment was overall quite comfortable and I cant wait to see the results progress. I also saw Dr. Shi for cosmetic injections which I am very happy with. Dr. Shi informs you of everything you'll need to know and also gradually builds on results to ensure you never feel "over done" which is exactly what I did not want. Could not recommend the Morpheus 8, Nurse Karlina, or Dr. Shi enough! Thanks ladies :)

The doctor and staff were very nice. Unfortunately I was never made aware of the $200 initial consultation fee that is added onto the services. I was never told when booking my appointment or anytime after that, it is also not apparent on the website. So on top of the $200 consultation fee, $175+ for the Iv therapy, I was left with a 400+ bill at the end and it couldn’t be more disappointing especially days before Christmas.

Love getting my lashes done here. Cassandra makes sure that you leave happy with your lashes, remedies any problems and has a lot of professionalism in holding up her reputation. Got a busy schedule? I recommend seeing these wonderful ladies for their IV Drips! Last winter I was transitioning into a new job and was burnt out from winter.
