Me and my mom booked a massage and my coverage from wasn’t working and I was like can I pay for my mom and I will get back to you on my coverage and she said exact words no will call the police what??? Very unprofessional obviously we both have money and we wouldn’t have gotten that far but NEVER will ever come here ever again super unprofessional.

I worked here honestly and really enjoyed my clientele. What I didn't enjoy is discrepancies in my pay checks and my tips. One big major red flag is paying $3000.00 as a single mother for training that was never provided or refunded to me. I do not recommend supporting a business who steals from the very people who keep them running

I've been for a hot stone massage and deep tissue recwntly and both times had Lydia. She is honestly amazing. Strong hands and knows the body muscles well. She leaves me speechless and I cannot thank her enough or compliment her enough. She is funny and compassionate as well. I will request her every time. Highly recommend this location. Friendly staff. Reception even offered to write me a benefits receipt on the gift card that was given to me. Now that, is service!

I purchased a group-on coupon for just under $900 ( regular price was $2500). Right when I arrived I was told I would probably need more than one treatment. I was also told not to expect any change for 3 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks and there has been absolutely no results. That may be because the technician kept leaving the room and the suction kept releasing so it wasn’t working for minutes at a time. The salon staff was very friendly but I was there for a service. I should have just saved my money. I would never pay another $900 or $2500 for another treatment.

Went in this weekend with my toddler, handled him with lots of care and very patient. Was quick as well.
I’m usually never excited to get my hair cut as most hair dressers find my hair never ending. I have long fine hair but super thick which makes its hard to blend. I only ever go in for a trim on layers.
Sylvia was amazing, a real perfectionist when it comes to her haircuts that she gives. Most hairdressers that I’ve seen will usually give up halfway through and just take the shears to my hair to blend. ( shears are not scary but when you overuse them to blend, you’re more prone to breakage

Went here for a couples spa day for our anniversary recently and spent about $300. The massages were fantastic however the pedicure was a little disappointing as the polish smudged later that day. I waited 2-3 hours afterwards before I took a bath and then that night both big toes had come partially off. Also multiple techs mentioned my husbands eczema on his leg and it made him feel very self conscious and embarrassed. Another con was they said they’d do 20% off the massages since our insurance wasn’t accepted by them but when they forgot to they wouldn’t do a refund and gave a gift card

Absolutely HORRIBLE! First of all they were rude and snotty. I had my hair cut and died. she dripped hair die all over my face, which was the wrong color. (not to mention that my roots are much lighter then my hair) THEN i go home i find hair die all over my shirt! i called wanting only my shirt replaced, and they offered me a 20 dollar gift certificate, which isn't even close to what my shirt costs, And i would NEVER go there again so why would i want a certificate for them? Worst hair experience EVER.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Went for a couples massage and had the worst massage experience ever. Very poor therapists, did not listen to what we wanted. Gave us the wrong massages. Dirty, not relaxing atmosphere. Booked a 10 am appointment, nobody opened the location until 10 am. Why not book appointments for 10:15 if you're not going to open your doors until 10?

Not withstanding the general conception that gift cards are not returnable, here is my story and reasons I, nor my friends, would EVER go to Spasation:My husband, in his early 70s bought me a $325 + tax gift card for the spa as a Christmas 2010 present. He didn't consider that we live on an acreage and my hands are in animal dirt part of every day and that we live a 5 hour round trip to the Spa locations. We are also on a very limited fixed pension income. My husband was trying to do something nice for me, but it was way too expensive and certainly not practical.
