Me and my wife have been coming to see Sue and her staff from 1996. We are never disappointed with the selection and her knowledge of what would suit us. This place I can say one stop shop for your complete eye wear solutions. 1st time got a solution to fix a new frame for an old lens in Canada when every opticals denied service or repair. The store seems to have pretty competent staff and a competent company for the lens making (I don't know if it's their own or if they use a separate company). I wanted my latest lenses to be on a frame I had bought like a decade prior. The style wasn't popular anymore but the frame wasn't very special. I had previously paid Lenscrafters to do it but it took them 3 weeks to tell me that they could NOT do it. At Illusion, they had my glasses ready in a little over a week with no problems.
