We began as a division of Kitchen Craft Cabinetry specializing in off-the-shelf, pre-assembled bathroom vanities, kitchen and storage cabinets. Our in-stock cabinets could be and still can be selected, purchased and loaded into your truck the same day - conditions apply.

The customer service is horrible. Steve yelled at me on the phone for emailing and calling to confirm if he had received an email I sent. This was 6 day after I sent the email. I have used this company in the past and it never took 6 days to respond to my email. He told me I should know he was off and not to bother him. I don't know if he owns the place but if he doesn't I would love to hear from the owner/manager.

Unfortunately after 8 weeks of waiting the cabinets ordered and delivered were the wrong color seems they were just one number off the correct color which was 100% their error. Despite being asked to pay in full when we ordered which we did, they are not prompt returning calls about the corrected orders delivery time, which we still don't have, probably because they already got the money.
We had planned a number of get togethers during the Christmas season at our home and having our unfinished kitchen has made that difficult and embarrassing. Unacceptable tardy communication with DIY has ruined
