I had a chimney cap repair completed and I wanted a second opinion on the quality of the work. I called Glen from a google search and told him what was going on. Although Glen knew I was not looking to hire him, he took the time to listen, review and analyze the work that was done. He was upfront and honest with me and provided his professional opinion. He was polite, courteous and kind. He also whished me well after our talk. He spent close to an hour with me to review the work I had done at no charge and no complaint! If I have future work to be done, I am calling Glen! Thank you for your professionalism

We had a to repair a broken stone shelf in our fireplace mantle. Glenn was fantastic. Responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and the finished work looks wonderful. He gave me some helpful advice for some other small exterior jobs that I'll need to tackle down the road. Highly recommend him. I agree with the reviewer here pointing out that the negative reviews seem to be bots. Having worked with Glenn, they are completely unbelievable. Don't hesitate to work with him.

Full disclosure: I haven't actually used this service. But if you look at the other reviews, they look like a sour competitor bought negative reviews for this company. All the reviews happened at the same time. If you look at the users that reviewed, their reviews are all over the place - Gatineau, Montreal, etc. It's unlikely they also used a Masonry guy from this part of town, left a review and no comment, all in the same month. Take the negative reviews with a very large grain of salt! It looks like bot reviews.
