I have been going to Scott’s for 8 years now (on my second car there, girlfriend, parents, even a few friends been referring them to a lot of people for a few years. ) just today I went to get a safety redone on my Vehicle and it didn’t pass because the Tint job they did turned out not to be legal. ( too dark on the front windows ) I called Scott and told him the job he did was illegal and he informed me that I was mislead. I ended up doing some searches on the internet and a call directly to the non emergency police line to find out more information and it was in fact illegal. So again I called

The car "detail" job was AMAZING!!! I was so excited to sit in these NEW wheels as it was super clean, fresh and inviting. Unlike the way it looked when I brought it in haha It was actually my hubby's vehicle that I took in. He needed a pick me up today... so I thought I'd surprise him with a little something!!! A CLEAN car without dog hair and dirty paw prints everywhere.
Scott was so sweet and quite the gentleman. Very honest, approachable and down to earth. Thanks for the great tips Scott... I'll be sure to check out a few of those places!

My wife and daughters got me a detailing package from Scott's. I've been here before with other vehicles, for a variety of reasons, Krown, window tints. I wasn't quite sure what I was getting for the price my family paid. When I picked up my six year old pickup, the interior was like brand new!!!! My truck was washed , wheels and rims cleaned!. I am so happy with the services that were performed, and the quality of the work. I always wanted an interior detailing , but I'm too cheap to spend the money, if you love your vehicle, spend the money.

Great customer service. I took my van in to tint the front 2 windows which they seamlessly matched to the factory tint. Vehicle went in at 10 and came back out at 10:34. The lady at the front desk was quick to point out if you don't like it, just come back and we'll take care of it. I came, I saw and made another appointment for my wife's vehicle.

Paid for complete tint for my 2009 Lexus ES350. Waited the recommended time before using windows, but one of four windows peeled up a few inches at the corner. Scott's auto care agreed to redo it at no cost and asked me to wait longer before using the window. They also commented that I probably did not wait the recommended 5 days, but I actually waited 7. The tint did not peel this time, but there is a dime size bubble that did not resolve. I waited 2 weeks before using the window this time to ensure curing. Also two of the other windows that were tinted were not aligned well. One was cut a little

Poor communication and sloppy work...
I made an appointment for Rust Check and two windows to be tinted but cancelled the rust proofing because it was wet out and didn't have time to wait but they made me wait 4 hours and did the Rust Check anyways (I even asked to make sure they were doing just the tint because it had been way too long and they had another jeep in for service) there was also over spray everywhere INSIDE and outside of my jeep (I realize it drips a lot)
I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.
