DO NOT RECOMMEND, yes they do a good job cleaning but they do not care about your personal belongings. Had our car detailed almost
$300 then 2 days later went to put our mats in (which are normally located in the trunk after cleaning) none of our weather tech mats were there we have an SUV with 2 rows. All 4 mats were missing. So we went back and they said they couldn’t find anything they looked a little harder and found mats but only
3 out of the 4 mats. We want to put them in and they aren’t even ours so now someone else is missing mats to. We told them they aren’t ours and they said

Paid 20 dollars for an 'ultimate car wash' for exterior only. This apparently pays for 'clean from a distance' service. If you take a car in to remove more than a few days of dust, you're paying way too much.
Their 'complementary tire clean' is a good service, but the rest is quick fluff work.
Long story short, plenty of salt I'll now have to clean off at home. Also looks like one of their motorized brushes scraped my paint job.
2 stars because they at least cleaned surface dust, and did appropriately wax my windows, although I still had to clean my mirrors myself.

I had an engine shampoo. It pretty well looked the same when done. Used the Wash on Barton Street last time. It was much better. Plus virtually no real Covid protocols. Lots of staff with no masks or improperly worn. Had to ask a couple staff to stay back to talk. Very dissatisfied. George

I went to this place on Monday and the place is a serious mess. The cleaning towels leave fibres all over your car which makes the car look even more dirty. The employees working at front don’t pay any attention to the issues of the customers and they get busy in other things as soon as the they wipe down the car. Windows of my car were all covered with fibres from the inside and the disgusting thing is that those fibres don’t even come out easily. Some employees were cleaning the carwash, I mean if you want to clean the carwash only, why open it??? First clean the cars of people then clean

I came here on Friday, I normally go somewhere else in the city but decided to give this place a try and I must say they gave me the best inside and out clean I have ever had, I also got my 2 front seats shampooed and everything was impeccable and at a very reasonable price!! Will definitely be back!!

We took our truck at this location and they scratched it On the passenger side , when I called to let they know they had scratched it the employees admitted that the truck had no scratches on it prior to us going thru the car wash but the manager refused to admit it and he won't even call the head office by claiming that the boss had a head surgery
This manager even though his own employees admitted the truck had no scratches before going thru the machine he still looked me straight in the eye and lied that he couldn't look at the camera

Once I figured out the entrance to the office, everything went smoothly. They worked in record time, far less than 20 minutes for the Premium wash. The interior was still quite damp (not something I'm used to saying) to the point where I think I got some cleaner on my hand when I went to roll down the window. It also seems they missed a few spots in the nooks and crannies, and in their commendable fast pace they left behind the dust clumps that happen when you wipe a dusty surface with a wet rag. But overall I am satisfied with my service.

If you have to get a fast car wash this is a good place. If you have garbage in your car don't go here. The service is minimal unless you get the Caucasian crew. The East Indian guys just don't do anything but the bare minimum of work. The white crew does great work. This place is like a refugee camp it is so depressing you won't want to stay and ask questions. Best for just a quick easy wash and interior clean.
I recommend just paying for the basic service and leaving fast.
