I have been going to Healthwinds for years for therapeutic massage, facials, and brow care. I also treat myself to the occasional mud wrap and hydrotherapy and to hot stone massage. My husband has become a convert to regular massage thanks to Chris, our RMT. Chris, my aesthetician Leila, and all of the staff have been consistently excellent. The owner has truly created a wonderful, safe oasis, especially important during these difficult times.

I came to this spa pre-pandemic. I got one of the packages that included a massage and hydrotherapy. It was very clean and classic looking. You enter through a nice gift shop/spa boutique. The waiting room was dimly lit and calming, and they had fresh infused water to drink. The change rooms were very clean, and the RMT I had was wonderful. I had never done hydro-therapy before and she explained everything well and made me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the hydro-therapy and want to come back just for that!

I've had a few dozen massages in my day but this was probably the worst/weirdest one I've had. First, I understand that we're in the middle of a pandemic, so things aren't going to be 100% the same as normal. However, I've been to a few spas during this time and have not experienced such a lack lustre atmosphere. The locker rooms were closed due to covid so you couldn't shower post-treatment (normally fine but my RMT used pretty much a full bottle of oil on me). Plus, you also can't change into a robe. You have to change in the treatment room. The "lounge

I was given a visit to this spa as a gift from my loving boyfriend. It was a very relaxing environment and everyone was very friendly. My appointment was with Cassie RMT and she's fantastic! I felt much better after my visit and was given helpful tips on stretches to better take care of my body. We had done couple massage and pedicures also! Very very happy with my visit and that was about a month ago! I would definitely recommend them!

Surprisingly, this is the first time I've been here - it's a beautiful facility that's in mid Toronto if you want to have a little bit of an "extra" spa treatment without going all the way downtown. I had a 75 min massage here which included a 60 min bergamot body butter massage and a 15 min foot massage.
The facilities were beautiful and I found it very clean and modern - there are lockers, showers, robes, slippers and towels and I found the steam room very clean and renovated though it does take the full 5 mins to heat up. It was nice and quiet when I went to the spa

Amazing place, lady at front was nothing less than classy and has a sexy accent. The spa is extremely clean and it feels homey , although not a huge place it is definitely worth a visit. The oil selections for my massage were really good as well. Will go back again, they gave me a gift even if i didn't deserve it. Your visit will be memorable

Let's just say it's hard to find a nicer spa / massage place uptown, so I had to travel to midtown to find one. Healthwinds is amazing, it's small, but cozy. Has a complimentary steam room when getting a massage, a nice tea and water selection as well. I have been to my fair share of spas (e.g. still waters, sweetgrass spa, and body blitz), but by far this is best massage experience I have had!!! I had both Megan and Derrick, and they are both amazing. I have terrible posture and consistently tight shoulders / neck, and they worked out the kinks and spent time there. They really

As far as neighbourhood spas go, this little place is pretty good...you can usually book a last-minute massage here and--bonus--the change room has a steam room. Just ask the front desk (or your masseuse) to make sure the steam is turned on when your treatment is over. For me, that post-massage hot steam is the big draw of this place. (I also like the convenient parking garage next door.)
While the staff here are nice, I can't rave about the massages or even drop the name of a favoured masseuse. I come here once or twice a year and I always get someone different in the hopes they'll

My first experience at the spa (December 2017) was okay.
Yes, just okay.
The front area (including seated eating area and retail section) is bright and airy. Front desk staff is very friendly.
Went to the women's changeroom - while mostly clean, the sauna had a very rank smell. I didn't bother sitting in there as the stench was atrocious.
Went to the waiting area. It's tiny but well stocked with various fruit-infused spa waters.
This is where the 'okay' portion of my review comes in. They forgot I was there and the service I was to receive. One by one, other guests

Came here for a massage recently. The photos online make the place look beautiful, but in reality it's quite small, with barely a lounge to hang out in. My masseuse was a few mins late for our appointment and she wasn't spectacular. Also, the women's washroom smelled like sewage??
Overall, I'm quite disappointed with this place. I would rather pay the extra to go to a better spa (like the Four Seasons or the Ritz) than come here.

A great place near Yonge and Eglinton to get a massage or spa services. I received a body scrub and massage on a Friday afternoon and felt amazing afterwards! I would recommend making an appointment as the place does get busy. They offered infused water, teas, toiletries and access to a steam room. My massage therapist Diana was great! Very professional and listened to my request to increase pressure within my massage. I walked away feeling like a new women -- rejuvenated and ready for the weekend!

I can't say enough good things about this place!!! Came with my boyfriend to get the "Couples Retreat" and We loved it! The girls at the front desk are lovely and helpful, the RMTs were super accommodating and their pedicures are just fantastic! We got to enjoy them with a tray of fresh berries, chocolate covered strawberries and granola bars. Even their cleaning staff is great, they keep the spa spotless and their seating area full of infused water and teas. Can't wait to come back to try their facials!

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and i both love Melanie(or melissa) for RMT massage. She's amazing! Knew where all my sore areas were and gave me lots of helpful tips. You can tell she has passion for her job. The front staff are also so professional and kind. I was waiting in the lounge for my boyfriends birthday massage to finish and at least 3 people checked on me to ask if i would like tea or water. Those little gestures go a long way in making you feel comfortable.
I've recommended this place to all of my work friends and family. Looking forward to trying out some
