Ruby is the third generation of Golden Retriever Official Greeters.
Jake was the original, Indy stood ready until he passed the torch to Ruby. Gentle, adorable and loving, Ruby is a tradition and looks forward to meeting you. Seventeen years ago, Patricia packed up her family and her entrepreneurial spirit and set her destination for Cottage Country. In 2002, she purchased a Highlands landmark, the beautiful Confederation Log Cabin in West Guilford.

Very unfriendly customer experience. The moment we opened the door, instead of a "Hi how are you" our family was told to sanitize and mask, very abruptly and rudely (while we were already masked excluding two children).
A reminder, customers keep you in business. I suggest you treat them with respect.
My money will not be spent at this store again (and i'll be sure to share the experience).

This store is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Due to the pandemic, there are restrictions on how many customers can enter the store at one time, and because of this, staff are willing to watch your kids outside the store while you shop, and even give them treat bags to keep them occupied. What amazing customer service. This is a business that is absolutely worth supporting.

Buyer beware - they are not offering any exchanges or returns on clothing nor are you allowed to try anything on. The woman at the counter told me that no other stores were offering exchanges or returns. So untrue. I can understand caution due to Covid but even the health department is saying that clothing can be put in a bag for 72 hours for safe returns. Also no children under 12 allowed - if you are a family on holidays then give this place a miss.
