Fraser-Morris & Heubner Funeral Home was founded in the summer of 1876 by Thomas and Robert Fraser. The original name was Fraser Brothers Furniture Dealers and Undertakers. In 1901 Thomas Fraser purchased his brother's interest in the business. Thomas Fraser's son, Herb Fraser, took over the business when his father died in 1903.
