HVE has a robust roster of all medical specialities and Functional Abilities Evaluators, including those that perform physical and cognitive assessments. HVE has built its team around servicing our clients' needs. Our dedicated referral support team consists of Intake, File Review, Quality Assurance, Administration & Billing specialists. That means 24 hour turnaround to book your referral, complimentary file review, claimant appointment confirmations, and timely delivery of a high quality report.
Dovetailing with our Performance Management System and Continuous Improvement Lifecycle, HVE has a formal documented complaint and resolution process.
