We are a niche mortgage brokerage that secures financing exclusively for the hotel industry. We arrange up to 75% financing for new construction, refinancing, renovation (PIPs) and acquisition. We work with both branded and independent hotels in primary, secondary and tertiary markets. Customized financing options include conventional financing, mezzanine financing, bridge financing and private debt.
