With continuous Improvement, and customer satisfaction our main goals we have a commitment to meet our customers' demands on time. Contract manufacturing has been conducted since our start in 1971. Bayview Metals has earned a solid reputation in the industry, and as a result of this, have maintained many of the same customers over this course of time.
Every product and part we produce is precisely fabricated and manufactured using CNC shearing, CNC punching, and CNC forming sheet metal fabrication equipment. Virtually any sheet metal part can be manufactured at Bayview Metals, from simple faceplates to parts with more complex geometry. We have made custom metal parts from stainless steel UV water treatment enclosures, to parts that were installed on the Canadarm in space.
The entire Bayview Metals fabrication facility shows our pride in producing quality custom metal products. We truly deliver. All equipment and infrastructure within the building is completely owned, maintained and improved by Bayview Metals. We take great pride in producing the finest parts for our customers at price points that fit their budgets.
The primary method of cutting out sheet metal parts at Bayview Metals, is using a CNC turret punch press machine. It is a highly accurate, cost effective solution to cutting out sheet metal parts using a variety of standard or custom shaped tools. There are also many forming capabilities that can be done during this part of the manufacturing process.
Formed precision sheet metal parts require the latest, state-of-the-art CNC Press brake machines. Our CNC press brakes are regularly maintained, machinery and tooling are kept up to date to best industry standard and replaced as necessary to keep us at the forefront of custom sheet metal fabrication and provide our customers with cost-effective quality formed sheet metal parts.
