I had finally found a misplaced photo of my deceased mother (non-b&w photo) and I was eager to have it scanned and touched up as it wasn’t in the best condition. I found Brian on the internet with stellar reviews, so I felt I was in good hands. He quotes me $62.15 via email after my inquiry to retouch and recolour photo and produce digital copy. Upon coming to the shop, asks for ~$200 - I decided that was too much for me so we agree to scan photo and turn black and white as opposed to recolouring. He charges me ~$80 for the digital scan and I decided I wanted a print shortly after, which was
