Critical: Professionalism
I thought at first that this was a good brokerage company. Got a quote stating one amount. The amount turned out to be an extra 100 dollars. Asked them to go back to my original policy. Now my policy is 50 dollars more a month than it was originally. Would not recommend these people to anyone.

Without any notice, I called Arnulfo Montemayor to update my insurance policy and received great service, right away! All the details related to that change were clearly and professionally explained. Arnulfo was very patient and even took the initiative to send a copy of the updated policy to other relevant stakeholders. It feels really good knowing that someone has your back when you need it!

This year, I had the pleasure of dealing with Arnulfo Montemayor (Arni) at Smith Petrie Carr & Scott Insurance Brokers Ltd. when my policy came up for renewal. Arni took the time to answer my questions and showed a genuine effort to help me lower my premium. He contacted my insurer on my behalf, relayed my responses to their questions, and followed up with me three weeks later with a favourable response; he managed to get me a better rate without changing my coverage or deductibles.
