We know you care about the efficiency of your home as much as we do. At Greener Homes we have a custom home-building process so that it becomes exactly what you want. Every homeowner is different, and each home should be too. We're proud to create custom built, or what we like to call personalized features specific to your home.
Net Zero homes are homes that produce as much energy as they use on a yearly basis. This is usually done by first building a house that requires less energy, and pairing it with renewable energy sources such as solar and geothermal. As Lethbridge's 7 consecutive Energy Efficient Housing award winner, we can help you get to Net Zero.
We build healthy, energy-efficient, and sustainable homes, and you don't have to take our word for it. We are proud to be a member of Built Green Canada, a third-party certification program that authenticates our homes to be healthy, energy-efficient, and sustainable. In fact, we're consistently hitting the Built Green Platinum certification, which is the highest achievement available through the program.
Aging in your home (Aging in Place) comes naturally and sometimes makes regular maintenance and accessibility more difficult. Our homes should be as independent as we are. Your home should be built for your future. We should never have to worry if our home is a safe and comfortable place. Greener Homes does not want to see you having to move out of your home due to accessibility concerns.
At Greener Homes, we approach your renovation the same way we would build a new home. Greener Homes is an amazing company! They were able to build us our dream home, that is also a Net Zero! When we first met with Greener Homes, they were able to put all our uneasiness with solar panels and geothermal heating/cooling to rest. They were able to provide information that made us decide to go with a Net Zero right away as our forever home. A solid built home that is lightyears ahead of standard builds: the efficiency of the build, the efficiency of the actual house, and the environmentally friendly aspect is a win-win. Dave , Bryce and his team were always great to work with in building our new home. He gently pushed when I needed to make decisions about the house to keep us in our time line.
