I can not say enough about this taxi service.
my husband and I called from the casino and were told about a 45 min wait. We then called back and Joanne (the operator who was super super nice) told us she got us a ride in 3 minutes. Craig showed up and was an awesome super nice guy! I called Joanne back to thank her for being so kind and prompt. I'd use this service over and over again. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Thank you Joanne and Craig!

I have gone out with the intention of just having dinner or a snack with friends downtown this summer and due to no willpower (LOL) ended up having a couple of adult beverages on a patio or a boat at the waterfront and have to call for a cab. Orillia Taxi Service has always given me A+ service. Every business has busy times of the day or week or month. It happens The dispatchers always offer to text or call my cell when they are on their way. They are polite and the cars are safe. Just this past weekend I was walking home late at night from a gathering that I attended and an Orillia Taxi stopped

What a great service. I spoke with Jennifer who was extremely helpful. She helped me set up an account that I could put money on for my grandma to use. She was able to do all of this over the phone for me which was great because I am in Toronto. I called several other taxi companies in Orillia and none were as friendly or able to help me with this request.

The worst taxi service I have ever experienced! We called for a taxi at 10pm while waiting outside Casino Rama, one shows up about 30 mins later and just lets the first people at the widow take the taxi because the driver dint tell anyone who it was for. So we wait another 20 mins, still no taxi so I call back and the lady says that someone stole our taxi, yet we are still waiting, so she says she’ll dispatch another taxi and she gave the driver our specific description (female, blonde, wearing a dress with a tall male in black jacket) and promises the next OTS taxi is ours. Another 25 mins later

We called around 4 o’clock asking for a taxi and were told it would be a 45-60 minute wait (which was fine as we knew there was a concert at Rama). We were assured we’d get a call if they were going to be later than that or if they were ahead of schedule. At 5:30 a cab pulled up across the road from our hotel in a van. A man got in, sat in the front for 10 minutes, and then left. At 5:50 (nearly 2 hours after our call) we called them and were told that it was the middle of a shift change and a driver could be there after someone else ahead of us was picked up so it might be a bit still.
