Was just involved with a hit and run incident with this company. Contacted them for further info for a police report to be told they don't record the plate numbers of their cabs. This is my third incident with this company's drivers this year alone. Y'all are going to kill someone if you haven't already, and you should be ashamed in the meanwhile. Fix your service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called two weeks prior for an accessible taxi for a person I support. The person I spoke to on the phone personally called the person who drives the accessible taxi to confirm availability. I paid in advance and they charged my credit card $36. On the evening they were scheduled to pick the person up at 9:30pm, they didn’t call until 9:42pm to say there were no available taxis! I ordered a taxi and had to be some where within a certain time. The guy said it would be around 5 to 10 minutes. I then called back 15 minutes later and got nothing but attitude from him. He then said it should be there in another 5 to 10. I call back 10 minutes later trying to explain again that i needed to be some where within the next 8 minutes. He then says to me "well we can cancell it then." What kind of service is this and why is there someone with no customer service working there?

Called for a cab, waited ten minutes and then called again for an update. They told me they were 5 minutes away. The cab proceeds to drive past so I called them again. They respond by telling me that it will be ten minutes. Asked why and they responded by talking so fast that I couldn't understand them. Completely unprofessional, NEVER call this cab company.

We arranged a flat rate for a pick up out of town and drop off in Barrie city limits. The driver wanted to drive over the home owners front lawn so he could turn around. When we asked him to please not do that, the homeowners would be upset, he got irritated with us and argued. The homeowner directed him so he could reverse out the drive way and that took about 10 min. Granted, the drive way was dark, but he continued on saying he drove a long way to come pick us up. I came back and said we paid a flat rate for that specifically because it was out of town.

(Saturday July 10th 2021)The night time dispatcher is a liar. Called a cab and the cab never showed up after waiting 40 minutes. Then when I called back to ask where my cab was he said they came and left and he called me 3 times- none of that happened as i had my phone in my hand and was waiting outside of the restaurant. Then he hang up the phone on me when he decided he didn't want to deal with what he had done. Not sure how this company can hire people like this. Will never use them again

The taxi was not clean, we can see all the empty bottles below the seat and hair on the seat. The taxi guy was so rude to us and we cancelled the taxi.. when we called the customer service , that girl was not ready to listen and we are not happy with their service.

Just had them tell me to wait 45 minutes for a cab.. understandable they are busy, so I wait in my car. Then they tell me they are here and I tell them I will walk to the cab. Took me 4 minutes to talk to the cab from waiting in my car since the restaurant closed (which they knew). When I get back to the restaurant I see no cab there. I call them… back and they lie and said they called me 4 times. They did not, my walk to where they were suppose to be was not there. I called yesterday to book a taxi to the airport, I told them that we are a family of 4 and that we have 8 suitcases. They said they will send us a van, I told them again and made it… clear that we are 4 and we have 8 big suitcases, and asked if that the van will fit us, the lady insisted that yes it will fit! They sit in the parking lot beside my house at 2 and 3 in the morning screaming and yelling, music full blast and I am sick and tired of it. I am going to call and report it if this matter isn’t resolved. Absolutely disgusting way to allow employees to operate within a business. This company needs to inform their employees what noise bylaws are and tell them to keep their music and screaming phone calls private. I DO NOT recommend people to use this cab company. yesterday my son had suffered a head injury at school. THE SCHOOL called this company and the cab company denied me the ride because I had a STROLLER 😠 I told… him to turn it side ways and put it in the trunk and it'd fit. said no. kicked my 3 kids out of the car and drove off. not impressed. I will no longer be taking Barrie Taxi. It seems as though theft is considered OK by the drivers.
On Sunday, April 30th at 3:00 the taxi driver (who claimed to be) "Derrick" driving taxi #3049 committed a crime. Unfortunately my phone was dead, so I was unable to call the police to report this.
