I really enjoyed my experience here. You can tell that the staff really take their time to meet your needs, and ensure that you are happy with your treatment. It's located on the second floor of the Pickering rec centre, tucked away in the south east corner (near the upper gym). They use high quality products, and offer many different spa services. Staff are friendly. I recommend this place

I found out about this place because I had used the facilities (Pickering Rec Complex) for awhile and had noticed they had a spa. I tried a Hot Stone Massage with Lisa, and the results on my body (I am very active) were amazing. My aches and pains went away. No more muscle tensity. I have been going back to this place ever since.
I have been to other spas before, which were a bit more "aesthetically pleasing" (the only downside to this place is that it is in a recreation centre) but the staff here are what make it great. This is actually a great place to meet clients ... If you want
