Amazing experience with this company, I brought several pairs of jeans that required patching, the work is flawless; price was competitive and the turn around time was excellent - I usually shop like most others with speed in mind and this company gets a 5 star for their friendly service, excellent quality and turn around time!

Al, the owner, is incredibly friendly, and the service is impeccable.
I called to see if they were offering tailoring, as some businesses were just starting Stage 1 COVID re-opening. Al gave me his seamstresses' hours, and when I apologized that I couldn't make it then, they offered to accommodate my availability.
I am VERY particular about how my work clothes fit. Shelly understood exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated that she wore a face mask while taking my measurements.
The workmanship is beautiful, and Al takes such pride in his business. Five Star Recommend all around, and especially

My 7 year old daughter's winter jacket had a broken zipper, so I called and spoke with the Owner personally. He was concerned because it was so cold out and asked me to bring the jacket in immediately for repairs. Within two days, the jacket was fixed, however he didn't like the colour of the zipper because it didn't match exactly. He allowed me to leave with the jacket because of how cold it was, and asked me to come back during a Chinook. I brought the jacket back a week later, and again, he replaced the zipper with double stitching to ensure we wouldn't have any issues. He even took the time

I called before going in to see if they did alterations on bathing suits. I was told 'yes, we have alot of experience with swimwear. It will take 2 days.' So the next day I took in a brand new $200 swimsuit to have the straps shortened by 2". I was told, pick up would be a week later. I asked what happened to 2 days? Got no answer. Yesterday I went in to pick up the swimsuit. It looked terrible! They folded the cut ends over on top of each other and sewed across. It was just under an inch thick of material fitting at the top of your shoulder. One strap was crooked and had a piece of the material

Very disappointed in the service I received at this Dry Ceaners, took a short winter coat in for cleaning; noticeable stain on front of coat was not removed. Took the coat back, owner was not nice, said he could not remove the stain & that my coat was “very dirty” However, he said to leave it & would try to remove the stain, but could possibly ruin the coat. I asked for a refund, he said “no”, no option than to leave my coat. Picked up the coat & he did remove the stain. Will not go back to this place again. Poor Service!
