FrameWork Cycle & Fitness officially incorporated as a Nova Scotia Joint Stocks company in 2004 after Bill and Muriel Goldston established a sales and retail outlet in Downtown Sydney in 1996. What started out as a small bike repair and assembly shop serving box stores like Zeller's, K-Mart and Canadian Tire.

Thanks for a great ride. The bikes were perfect for riding the Cabot Trail. We had fantastic weather and the winds in our favour until the last day. No flats or chain blowouts! Great bike shop and great owner/staff! I was going to rent a carbon road bike from them for my Cabot Trail trip (they have great rental bikes at good rates!), but ended up packing and bringing my own bike. I still visited for a couple supplies and route advice - well stocked bike shop, good prices, great friendly advice. And really nice Nova Scotia bike jerseys (great souvenir!).
