Very stressful and deceiving company to work for. They will lie to hire you. If you get injured. They will harass you through the entire process, if you can't/don't recover in their time frame. Hire a lawyer to harass you even more, and invade your privacy, for "personal" issues. Ignore important medical documentation to try too force you back to work injured still. Ignore any psychological issues it may have caused. And push you towards poverty. Profits over health is the moto. Because lawyer's are cheap. Their health and safety manager actually said it directly to me. Do not work here!

Critical: Professionalism
Too many layoffs, run out of hours in a day cab truck and no rescue attempts. Trips are pre-planned and switches at last minute. Forced dispatch. Very frustrating experience the difference.

I love working here. They take you and your career seriously and treat you with respect and compassion. They have good equipment that is repaired promptly and with no complaint. I was hoping for a workplace where I could work the rest of my career and retire, I think I may have found my home.

Dangerous driver. White Freightliner Cascadia with onfreight logo all over it pulling white onfrieght van trailer #53906.
Decide to pass me even though he had been behind me for a few miles and knew that we were doing almost exactly the same speed. I70 westbound just west of Indianapolis. 1:25pm EST. March 12th 2018.
Took 10 miles to get almost all the way past me then turned on his turn signal and started coming over even though he was not clear of the front corner of my truck. Forcing me to quickly hit the shoulder and Brake to avoid a collision. I meanwhile had 45000 pounds of steel coils
