We hope to continue serving the Otter lake, Smiths Falls, and surrounding areas with the same reliable and courteous service provided for many years from Paul. Services
Before you make an appointment make sure that all of the septic lids are exposed by having the earth removed from around them. Most septic systems have two lids (concrete and plastic tanks). Ensure the road and area to access the tank is clear of overhang and the ground is firm. The customer will assume all responsibility for any damages where service is made inside the curb.
When purchasing a new home it is ideal to have a Septic Inspection done at the time of pumping. Use vinegar to clean the toilet, hydrogen peroxide as a bleach alternative, and use 1-ply toilet paper. Keep the leaching bed area grassed and free of trees, vehicles, asphalt, brick, patio stones, automatic lawn sprinklers, swimming pools, and regular foot traffic.
We are a lady operated company that takes pride in our equipment and the services we offer. Every portable unit delivered to a site has been cleaned, sanitized, manually dried, stocked, and inspected prior to delivery. We Strive for cleanliness and odour free portable toilets that exceed our customers expectations.
Women take 40% longer than men to use the restroom. Therefore, additional portable toilets may be required if the event has a high ratio of women. Location must have 13 feet clearance and well maintained roads/driveway for access or delivery may be denied. Red runners are available at an additional cost to give your guests the best red carpet treatment.

If a company or service starts behaving like that it is time to do something so you no longer need their service. Compost toilets are getting so easy to use with absolutely no odour or dealing with your waste. It comes out dry and doesn't need a lot of emptying. You can install a dry well as well to deal with grey water and an outdoor shower even. A little thinking outside the box and you are rid of that kind of treatment.
