We are a professional, qualified, and insured waste management company located in Ottawa, Ontario. We provide septic and holding tank pumping services, portable toilet rentals and grease trap services to clients in the Ottawa area and surrounding regions. Carleton Pumping has been proudly serving the community for more than 50 years.

In the Commercial and Food Service industry a grease trap or inceptor supports the separation of grease and solids from wastewater. As water and grease from a sink or dishwasher enter a grease trap, the consistency of the mixture eventually separates to a point where the grease, which is lighter than water, will accumulate and float on the water's surface and the solids will settle to the bottom.
We checked out all of our suppliers before we committed to our relationship with Polyportables. We wanted to make sure that we could offer our clients the best portable sanitation units available and portable toilets in Ottawa and we know we have found it. Our units can be ordered with a sink installed or with an antibacterial hand cleaner station.
If the tank is not pumped out regularly, the sludge and/or scum layers will be drawn into the wastewater distributed to the tile bed, eventually overloading the system. After sufficient overload time, the tile bed will no longer be capable of distributing the wastewater into the ground, causing "breakouts".

We had our septic tanks emptied and serviced today, excellent service from Barry who was very knowledgeable about our system, Barry worked hard here today cleaning out our septic tanks with a visual inspection. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have the same!

Super happy with the service we’ve received from CES/Toddy’s Potties! We required a portable toilet for a commercial renovation last summer - not only was Toddy’s Potties the most reasonably priced rental in the valley, they were timely with cleaning and the customer service from the truck drivers and office staff was great. I’ve recommended Toddy’s Potties a number of times now, including a recommendation to the optimist club I’m apart of. Happy to say we’ll be renting again from CES for our upcoming outdoor event in June :)

We are new to septic/well/country living. I had 3 plumbers over to my house because nothing was draining. They didn't know what it was. This company is a 2 minute drive from my house. My husband called them 4 days before i did and never got a call back. I asked them to pop by to empty my septic in February. I thought it was frozen and needed to be drained. I can't remember the name of who I was speaking with, but he said he will try to have someone over by 5pm that day. How awesome I thought. He also stressed it was important to have the lids exposed and shovelled as they do not do that. Iam a

Rented potties for our family reunion last summer. Christina was very helpful in making sure we had the right number of potties for our 145 people. The potties was delivered right on time and the driver was extremely helpful in were to place them. The potties were spotless and full stocked. I would highly recommend Toddy's Potties. Amazing company! We ran into issues with our septic on a Saturday morning of course. I likely called almost every company in an 1 hour + radius of Ottawa. I was called back promptly from Carleton Environmental Services, even though it was a weekend and this company was the only one that came through and pumped us out. Fantastic company and will always be using/recommending them in the future!
