Easy access to very professional Advisors who dedicate the time to determine the right insurance to meet your individual needs. Also, nice not to have to wait in line / be placed on hold as experienced with some other larger insurance companies. As well, Desjardins rates are very competitive and Dalhia my Advisor took the time and went way beyond my expectations both in providing excellent advice /service at the time while emphasizing her one stop availability to deal with any of my future requirements when needed. I dealt with agent Jorge OlMOS who was very professional and listened to my questions and needs from the get go.
Jorge was very timely with the quote I had asked for, and explained all options in regards to setting up my new policy, which insured I had the proper coverage for my needs.

Jorge Olmos has been wonderful over the last few years! I’m not a phone person and Jorge was quick to answer every question through email as thoroughly as possible. Had to switch insurance as I’ve moved out of province but definitely a positive experience thanks to Jorge.

Jorge Olson helped me a lot and saved me almost 70 bucks on my quote. Customer service gave me a quote with which I was not happy about and Jorge found things in my profile that could actually save me money. As a young adult, it is hard to find good rates on car insurance. I phoned in and dealt with Jorge. He was incredibly helpful, he explained everything in detail and didn't ramble on. Jorge was informed, intelligent and very polite and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would recommend asking for him if you are planning to call in for a quote.
