The RMTs at Got Knots have been the key in my rehabilitation post spinal surgery. My pain is gone. My mobility is back. I would not be where I am now without them. For context, I had a herniated disk and a ruptured disk and a severed L4 nerve root. I had a partial discectomy and a scraping to remove debris from my spinal cord. A year after surgery and a year of physio and I was living in excruciating pain and no relief. The RMTs at Got Knots were able to ease that pain and promote healing.

I had a great massage at Got Knots the other day. I see Mel and she is fantastic at communicating and figuring out where to focus during the massage as well as some helpful tips to avoid injury outside of the clinic. Would recommend Got Knots to anyone.

Great massages!! Kirsten has been an amazing masseuse. Her professionalism along with friendship has been extremely refreshing. I appreciated that she would try and work me in if needed but if she couldn’t she would pass me on to another person that was just as capable. Thank you ladies!!

I received a massage from Melissa, she is outstanding! Great quality massage, very pleasant demeanor, the bed & face rest were the most comfortable I've ever tried, relaxing environment. She was attentive to my needs, made sure the temperature of the room was perfect for me, the pressure was what I wanted, I could honestly go on! I will be a regular customer of hers moving forward for sure!

Had a massage with Melissa a couple weeks ago. She was excellent. Made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had. The massage itself was also excellent. I had a couple knots in my back and she found them and focused on releasing them.
The location is nice and quiet, there were no disturbances during the massage. They also have heated massage tables which was very nice.
Totally recommend this place. Definitely coming back.

Went here a few years ago as I booked a prenatal massage for my wife and I also had an appointment myself. I found out shortly that I had a different masseuse then whom I had booked with. They paired me up with a newer trainee. Needless to say I ended up in the hospital the following day with a Mini stroke due to the massaue kneading my carotid artery so hard that it created a blood clot and went to my brain. I lost all feeing in my face and side of my body and had to get rushed to the hospital. I am a young active person with no health problems and the doctors all agreeed that the massage was

I went to this location looking for someone that specializes in pregnancy massage. I saw Lynette throughout my pregnancy and she really helped work out alot of the issues I had with my pregnancy.
She had great communication and the pressure was always spot on. If I went to the appointment with a headache I always left with out one. She was also very respectful of your appointment time and I was never left waiting. Just an all around great experience.
