These guys are the most humble professional car experts out thr, recently got a Ford Edge from them and the extent to which they go to help a customer is beyond words. I had towed my company truck towed because it was not working. I was told the service technician was going to plug into the computer scanner to find out what the issue was. I was told initially the starter and battery needed to be replaced. I agreed, my employee drove the truck home. Next day not working again. Called back ford and we were told they would have a mechanic stop by the house to assess the issue. We were told the transmission needed to be replaced. At this point I loss all trust after spending $1,000 and still have a truck that is not working. This was unacceptable. After complaining

I I purchased a 2019 Ford Edge ST from Mohawk Ford Sales and love it ! It was a one owner very low mileage car in perfect condition. The sales team and Finance Manager were amazing to deal with ! I left my original dealership to have my truck serviced at Mohawk Ford, I could not be happier. They were able to resolve the issue in one day, which was great!
I was most impressed with their communication from booking the appointment, updates while my truck was in their possession all the way to providing me with the keys back.
