Really great and professional full service auto shop. They had my cars battery, air and cabin filters swapped, and oil changed in a matter of a few hours after calling. They even went so far as to come to my house to boost my vehicles battery to get over to their shop.

I bought a Honda CR-Z hybrid which I found on kijiji. When I called Nikita about the car she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Since I was shopping for a vehicle from 300km away and during a covid crisis, she made sure The vehicle was properly prepared and ready to go when I arrived. The mechanic gave me more insight as to the history, vehicle performance and maintenance predictions.

Morgan and his team have been servicing our family for many years and we have never been disappointed. So it just made sense that when I was ready to purchase my first car, I went to Upper Brant Auto. The first time i went to UBA to get my car serviced was because of the fact that it is literally a minute drive from my house. And as much as i do enjoy the convenience factor of having them so close by, i appreciate the service from Morgan and his team even more.
Fair & Timely & Reliable are the three words i can only think of to describe them. From oil changes, to tire changes, to exhaust repairs, whatever it maybe, UBA has always been able to deliver for me in a very efficient manner over the years.

Years ago I gave them a high rating. However, recently I took a car there for a transmission cooling line leak and they wanted to charge around $600 for replacement. Anyway, I refused the service, because I knew they were overcharging. They wanted to charge $150 for diagnostic work, which is way too much. After going back and forth with them, they reduced it to $100.
I took the car to a professional and honest workshop who replaced the transmission cooling lines for one-third of what this place quoted me.
Do yourself a favour and use an honest, professional workshop instead.

Went to upper brant auto a while ago to look at a used car.
Car was polished up to look nice meanwhile it was not what it seemed to be and when I asked Morgan the man who works their about some issues I though the car might have he proceeded to insult me and started to get upset. He gets very upset when you start to question him on the mechanical integrity on his cars he has for sale. Car also had a black tar like paint on the underside that was possibly hiding rust.
Also looked like the car had been repainted on one side and when I asked him he said do you know what original paint looks like

Do not recommend at all!!!
If it will be possible to give them less then one star I would. My car was not repaired and they charged me 100 dollars for looking at it. Then they suggested me to buy another car from them. (Also broken).
I went to another shop Burlington Auto Center where my car was fixed properly. No issues!
