Probably some of the worst customer service in the Vancouver area. Each time I've called I've found the rep to be curt and close to rude. They are also not very honest when it comes to timing of repairs. Each time I call I get a different answer. If you can go somewhere else for a repair, I suggest you do.

Horrible - here is my experience: Haussman uses these guys to honour their warranty. After taking my table saw in for what I thought is a quick repair - a stripped bolt on the mechanism to lower and lift the blade - it took exactly two months. I was told on the phone they were sent the wrong parts. picked the table saw up today, and not only did it come back rusty, it is missing two pieces from the handle. the mitre doesn't work (stuck at 45 degrees), all the bolts on the underside appear to now be stripped, and to top it off the repair guy said that they never sent the wrong parts...which

Horrible customer service, the guy who answer's the phone is rude!!! I called asked some questions he does not let you finish your sentence assumes you are talking about something else and when you correct him he does not listen then he hangs up and Say's we are not interested... I am like what I thought CDN folks were nice up until I spoke with this chauvinist... All I want is to rent some tools so my finance can do some work on my mama's yard and build her a shed!!!! I would not recommend this place.
