Their Executive VP and his wife rented my condo. We had trouble with the refrigerator upon their arrival. The refrigerator was replaced within 24 hours. However, upon their checkout they wrote me a scathing and dishonest review about their experience, saying it took "3 days to replace the refrigerator". Executive VP's are supposed to be full of honesty and integrity, which wasn't the case here.
