HIGHLY recommend: I reached out to Mike in a completely crazy situation, with a house deal literally on the line (during the crazy 2021 spring market in BC, full of site unseen offers $100k above asking with no conditions). I was amazed as he tactfully navigated the situation to help keep the other party happy (agitated to say the least). Without a doubt, his extra efforts ensured the deal didn’t fall through. No joke, he researched and supported with last second info in a last second deal, and the seller accepted the new info. His professionalism and care for my situation was what I needed.

Adrienne was fantastic to deal with on a initial consultation. It was well worth the cost. Immigration Canada does not make it easy. AT ALL. She was able to walk us through the process and offer some very important tips on how to get your application through. She was also able to tell us how other application processes were going and how long they would take. I was hesitant to pay for a consultation but after going through it, I would have gone insane trying to learn what Adrienne explained in an hour. Highly recommend.
