Services
On your first visit (consultation) you will meet directly with Dr. Eckhaus to discuss your concerns and goals. Consultations often take 30 minutes but may be longer with more complex or combined procedures. He will go through a detailed history and examination and explain whether you are a candidate for any surgical or non-surgical options.
Many women express a desire to have more fullness in the upper half of their breasts, more cleavage and a better appearance both in clothes and bare. Breast augmentation surgery enhances breast size and shape, as well as improves breast balance and symmetry. Your initial consultation will be with Dr. Eckhaus, and will start with a medical history and examination.
Pregnancies, breastfeeding, weight loss, and age can all contribute to sagging or droopy breast tissue. Often this is accompanied by skin stretch, poor shape and at times, a loss of breast size. A breast lift (mastopexy) re-shapes and lifts the breast using your existing breast tissue and skin. The existing breast gland is tightened and used to create better shape and improved fullness in the upper half of the breast.
Following a mastectomy or lumpectomy for breast cancer, many women choose to look into options for breast reconstruction. Most aspects of this surgery are covered by the benefits of OHIP. Breast reconstruction is a process that often takes 6-12 months from consultation to completion. There are often multiple stages to surgery including revisions, nipple creation, and tattooing an areola.
Liposuction is a procedure to remove fat from underneath the skin using a small tube connected to a suction device. The tubes (cannulas) are placed under the skin using small 5 mm access skin incisions that require 1-2 stitches to close. Liposuction should NOT be regarded as a weight loss procedure but rather a contouring and shaping procedure.

I cannot contain my excitement! I really wanted to avoid the cliche, but there’s no other words, Dr. Allan has changed my life after my BBL and TT.
I cannot recommend him as a doctor enough! His pre-op care was attentive. I met with him on many occasions to help ease my mind before surgery. I never felt rushed with him. His after care was impeccable, with him personally calling days after surgery to check up on me, many emails to gauge my progress and various in person checkups post-op.
Today I get to fill my shopping cart with tight dresses, which I would’ve NEVER considered doing before

Dr. Eckhaus provided excellent patient care and did a great job with my surgery. After consulting with a few other plastic surgeons for a removal of a birthmark, I picked Dr.Eckhaus as I felt the most comfortable with him and felt he could be trusted to complete a surgery so important to me based on his knowledge, experience and mannerisms; he answered all my questions and placed importance on the risks involved which the other plastic surgeons did not do as much and I appreciated that. I’m quite satisfied with the outcome of the surgery so far and happy that I chose Dr.Eckhaus.

In my opinion you will never have a better experience, than with Dr. Eckhaus. He walked me through every aspect of the elective surgical enhancement I opted for. He took his time answering my questions and concerns. As for his bedside manner 10+++ called to check on me to ensure I was completely comfortable. Will return for tune-up's lol!

This man is amazing! Not only is he a highly skilled plastic surgeon, his bedside manner is impeccable! He doesn't rush you - answers all the questions you have and takes the time to make sure you feel secure and comfortable. The after care from surgery is top notch also. I had 24 hour access to him via email to ensure any scares or questions I had that I felt couldn't wait were answered professionally and quickly. He performed a complete breast reduction and lift as well as liposuction on me. My next surgery is a total lower body lift scheduled in 2020. I couldn't be happier with my results and

I don't think there are enough adjectives to describe this wonderful Doctor. I had occasion to see Dr. Eckhaus in October 2017 to have a bezel cell removed from the side of my face. We had to do it in two stages to prevent having skin graft if done in one procedure.
Dr. Eckhaus was honest, respectful, and kind. He didn't rush answered all my questions and was thorough. He possesses a great sense of humour and his manner and professionalism helped make my whole experience reassuring and positive. I would recommend him to anyone seeking his expertise.

From the moment I met Dr. Eckhaus I knew he would be the specialist I would choose for my surgery after previously meeting with other plastic surgeons.
