A male breast reduction (gynecomastia surgery) is a procedure designed to remove excess fat and gland tissue of the breast.
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure that is performed to enlarge, enhance the shape, or balance the size of your breasts. The surgery involves the placement of implants behind the breast tissue or below the chest muscles. The type of breast implant, size and placement will be decided upon by you and Dr. Mahoney at your consultation.

I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Mahoney last summer. If you have a look at her website, it's simple and to the point. When you meet with her, she is very personable and honest. I have recommended many people to her simply because she was professional, caring and wanted the best for me. Her experience in this field shines through with the type of incisions she does during surgery. My life has changed tremendously since I had this surgery and I would do it 100x again. Thanks again!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mary Helen Mahoney. She changed my life, and I am forever grateful. She is kind, patient and caring. She truly listens to you and makes you feel at ease. She is realistic with the outcomes and is honest. Dr Mahoney told me prior to my surgery that she was going to personally walk me in there and hold my hand until I fell asleep, and that is exactly what she did. A nurse offered to hold my hand instead and she declined. It has been 4 years now, and I am still just over the moon. Thank you Dr Mahoney!! <3
