I called this company to ask about humidifiers and I got all the information I needed. I was going to have mine installed by them but it turns out my step dad's family is in the business of humidifiers. They gave nothing but great customer service, I'm definitely going with them if my furnace or AC isn't working. Missing one star because I haven't technically hired them yet.

They are a ripoff, and have poor customer service. When I call yesterday I was told by a rude technician that their fee is $99 to come plus $99 / hr labor plus cost off parts. When I told him that I don't understand why he has to charge the $99 call fee if I would want him to do the repairs, to which he rudely said that I should not tell him how they should run their business. so I cut the call and called a better company.for my repairs.

Asked them to come check out the A/C at the house we just moved into as we were curious why the house wasn't cooling down as quickly as we were used to at our old place. Steve came over, checked out the system, measured the temperature at a number of the vents in the house and tweaked a few things. He also washed out the external unit. All in all, good service.
